Open a creator's RexiMemo Creator's Room and use the Follow button to add them to your Following list. Their profile also has an upload-notification control, which is separate from following: you can follow a creator without enabling upload alerts, or turn the alerts off later.
Your Creator's Room includes Followers and Following tabs. Upload notifications appear through RexiMemo's notification system when they are enabled for that creator.
