These codes belong to the old Nintendo public-hotspot path and mean its authentication server failed. Those Nintendo-era hotspot systems are not required for RexiMemo.
What to try
- Do not use an old Nintendo hotspot or Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector setup for RexiMemo.
- Create or use a normal DSi-compatible wireless connection instead.
- After the normal connection works, apply the RexiMemo DNS from How to Join.
