Open Settings → Profile to edit the public bio shown with your account, choose a profile picture from your Flipnotes, and select one of the currently published DSi Creator's Room themes.
Theme Creator is a separate private experiment. If an administrator has granted your account Theme Creator access, it appears under Experiments and lets you create a compatible theme draft, preview it, and submit it for moderator review. Theme Creator access is not automatically granted to every account.
