Noisy Stairs (SIGMAFLIP Tech Demo)

This is a tech demo of my latest tool called SIGMAFLIP, a feature rich SignaPic clone. Each video frame is automatically split, signed, converted, and imported one frame at a time. You can find the explanation of SIGMAFLIP on my reveal trailer. In this demo, I used Stretch resizing and Dot Diffusion dither mode.
