EVIL wellington pfp imported again from artfight

i got this artfight attack by Curiosity_Ashes. Originally i wasn't gonna make it my sudo pfp but lord and behold reximemo allows imported images FROM MY LAPTOP DIRECTLY and ENCODED woohoo. when open source memo+ is implemented i can change the color so it isnt BLOOD RED and EVIL
