RexiMemo does not currently provide an automated email password-reset flow. If you have forgotten the password, do not keep guessing until you lose access to any browser session that is still signed in.
Join the official RexiMemo support server at discord.gg/K5mKWvaruF and explain that you need account-access help. Give staff your username and, if requested, non-secret information about linked consoles or account activity that can help them identify the account. Staff may need to verify ownership before they can tell you what recovery options are available.
Never send your old password, a guessed password, an API key, a session cookie, or passkey data as proof of ownership. If you still have a signed-in browser session, keep it signed in until support has finished helping you.
