Open the Draw Ticket page while signed in. A ticket can be redeemed once every 6 hours. After a draw, the page shows the remaining cooldown and updates it live.
Each draw has a 34% chance to win. A winning ticket adds 3 green stars and 1 red star to your account's colored-star balance. A losing ticket still starts the same six-hour cooldown.
Your current green, red, blue and purple star balances are shown on the ticket page and can be spent when starring other users' Flipnotes.
